Rain Washes Out Southern Super Series Event at Mobile International Speedway
Make Up Date to be Announced
After attempting to wait out a strong weather pattern, Mobile International Speedway (AL) track officials were forced to cancel the Mobile 125 Presented by RE Suspension due to rain and a poor forecast for the remainder of the evening. The Saturday night event has been postponed to a future date that will be announced by the track at a later date.

Sunoco Southern Super Series drivers were able to get on the track for two rounds of practice before the rains came and washed out the remainder of the program.  Kyle Benjamin and Mike Garvey paced those rounds of practice.

The next race for the Southern Super Series will be the 30th Annual Slack Auto Parts World Crown 300 at Gresham Motorsports Park in Jefferson, GA.  The historic race will have fireworks presented by Royal Oak as a part of the one day show on Saturday August 10th.  Visit RaceGMP.com for  more information.
