This letter is to formally notify you that the Fairgrounds Speedway Nashville will be unable to host the Southern Super Series race scheduled for September 7, 2013 during this year's Tennessee State Fair.

After ten days of contract negotiations with the TN State Fair Association, we have been unable to reach an acceptable agreement regarding the percentage of gate and concession fees from the association for this event.  By contract the TN State Fair Association's lease controls the entire Fairgrounds & Expo Center property including the Speedway during their annual event.  It is unfortunate we were not able to come to an agreement, but rest assured every effort was made to do so.
